Thursday Thoughts: The Open is Coming!

Well folks, it is finally here! The Open Registration is now open (Pun intended)! For those of you who have never heard of The Open, please read About The Games.

We believe that every CrossFitter should participate in The Open. It is a great chance to put your money, well… where your fitness is! Every year it presents new challenges that help us to see which parts of our fitness need the most work. With a scaled version posted alongside each weekly workout, it is accessible to all athletes regardless of their level of fitness!

Please join us this Open season as we all fight for a few more reps, and get outside our comfort zones!
