Yup, weight vest optional! Please proceed with caution. This workout is extremely difficult without the addition of a vest! Work on performing more organized strict handstand pushups and strict pullups rather than going faster and doing more reps. Remember that your scores are only as good as the work behind them. Do better quality movement and you will get better quality results!
