20 minutes alternating OTM:
10-15 kettlebell swing 53/35#
5×7 seated dumbbell clean and press.
*Perform a curl to the shoulder and a strict press overhead all while seated on the floor.
Use a weight that becomes quite difficult for the last 2 reps.
