1 minute banded crossover/open R/L
1 minute doorway stretch R/L
1 minute cranky elbows
Weightlifting
4 superset rounds on a 4 minute clock:
15 Romanian deadlift 25% of 1RM deadlift
10 floor press
10 band pull apart
Romanian DeadLift (RDL) (4×15)
25% of your 1RM Deadlift
Floor Press (4×10)
Use same weight as your RDL if possibles, lighten load if necessary.
Metcon
Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)
