Front rack (2 minute lat roll and 2 minute partnered front rack stretch)
Hamstring/hip flexion (2 minute banded lunge stretch, 50 hamstring lockouts)
Overhead/thoracic spine (2 minute barbell keg drill)
Every 90 seconds until failure:
Perform 1 round of “DT”:
12 deadlift 155/105#
9 hang power clean
6 shoulder to overhead
*Use a weight that will allow you to complete a minimum of 5 rounds before being knocked out.
Row or bike 5 minutes at a slow pace, spend time on a roller smoothing things out.
