WOD:
30 minute alternating OTM:
10-20 cal row (40-45 seconds of work on round 1)
3-10 strict pullup (unbroken set of at least the first 5 rounds, work needs to be completed in less than 30 seconds)
15-20 wall ball shot #20/14 to 10/9’ (40-45 seconds of work on round 1)
