5 rounds, each for time, rest 2 minutes between rounds:
20 kettlebell swing 70/53#
15 GHD situp
10 burpee box hop 30/24”
5 single arm overhead squat each arm
*Kettlebell swing should be heavy, but because it is the beginning of each round you should endeavor to do the 20 reps unbroken.
