30 double under (as a substitute, work for 20 seconds doing fast single unders on round 1. Whatever you are able to complete is your number to be completed each round)

*Each round you must get at least 60 seconds of rest (3 minutes to complete the work). If you are unable to finish in time, then scale by removing reps proportionally from all movements, except the jump rope.
