Warm-up
Warm-up (No Measure)
2 rounds:
10 walking lunge
5 updog to downdog to pike pushup
6 spiderman windmill
5 prone snow angel
10 pvc passthrough
With a barbell:
1 minute cranky elbows
5 down and finish
5 high pull
5 hang muscle clean
5 low hang power clean
5 push press
5 jerk
*Leave the bar out for the weightlifting.
Metcon
Metcon (Time)
5 rounds for time:
30/24 calorie erg
5-10 strict handstand pushup
5-10 kipping handstand pushup
*Sub Pike pushups and dumbbell strict press.
Weightlifting
Power clean and jerk (15×1 OTM)
*Start 5 minutes after you finish the workout.
**Stay light for 8 rounds, then add weight and end heavy.
