“Ramming speed!”
(If you’ve never seen Ben-Hur (the original from 1959) then you really should)
Intervals:
10x250m/200m row, rest 1 minute between efforts (all times must be under 1 minute, scale distance accordingly)
Rest 5 minutes then perform 3x100m sprints with 2 minutes of rest between them
