30 seconds of high knees
30 seconds of butt kicks
30 seconds of knee huggers
30 seconds of heal to butt pulls
10 situp and reach (straight legs together)
10 supine leg crossover
Spend a few minutes stretching calves, hamstrings and hip flexors.
10x200m run, rest 1 minute between efforts.
Rest 5 minutes then perform 3x100m sprint, rest 2 minutes between efforts.
