Jumping on high things demands respect. Athletes, you must respect the risk of each jump and go into each rep with confidence that you will succeed! This really carries over into most things we do. A confident approach is much more likely to yield success!

3 press in snatch
4 snatch balance
5 high hang snatch
*Work up in weight, but don’t expect to go heavy. This is a series of drills meant to work on technique and positioning.
