5 90/90 raise and press

10 split jerk drops

5 snow angel

2 minute keg stretch

3×5 warmup and build up to semi heavy starting weight on the split jerk

Weightlifting

Split Jerk (5×3)

5 superset rounds on a 3 minute clock:

3 split jerk (build to a heavy triple)

4 strict toes to bar (outside of hands)
