WOD:
10 minute AMRAP:
100’ farmers carry 50/35# dumbbells
4 burpee box step over 24×30/20×30” carrying dumbbells
Post WOD:
50 push press
40 bent over row
30 hang muscle clean and strict press
*Use 45/35# bar, do 10 pushups every time you set down the bar.
