1 minute tricep smash R/L
10 light kettlebell shrug and highpull
1 minute kettlebell front rack stretch
10 sumo stance goblet squats with a 5 second pause
Weightlifting

Weightlifting:
5 superset rounds on a 3 minute clock:
5 front squat 65-85% (heavier than 3-15-2022)
5 back extension
5-12 perfect pushup
