We believe that every CrossFitter should participate in The Open. It is a great chance to put your money, well… where your fitness is! Every year it presents new challenges that help us to see which parts of our fitness need the most work. With a scaled version posted alongside each weekly workout, it is accessible to all athletes regardless of their level of fitness!
