2×10 at 60-75%
3×5 at 75-85%
4×3 at >85%

One arm swing
Half rotation switch
Kettlebell clean
Kettlebell snatches
Once proper position and flow is realized, work on smooth sets of 5 with a half rotation switch to transition between arms.
