Another new member! Mena comes in when she can between classes. A former swimmer she knows how to take herself to a dark place. I think the dumbbells were about to take her there!

15-20 wallball shot 20/14# to 10/9’ (40 seconds of work)
1-2 box circle (<30 seconds of work)
