15 minutes to work on whatever ails you (use this time wisely)

6 minute to complete:
15-12-9-6-3 (12-9-7-5-2)

Burpee over rower

6 minutes to establish:
1 rep max clean and jerk (power is acceptable)

6 minute AMRAP:
15 wallball shot 20/14# to 10/9’
10 deadlift (use the same weight as your last successfully completed clean and jerk)
*There is no rest between the 6 minute windows. The clock keeps running and so must you!
