10 medball clean
15 PVC passthrough in an active squat
1 minute calf stretch EL
20 banded hamstring lockout
Metcon
Metcon (4 Rounds for time)
4 rounds, each for time, rest 2 minutes between rounds
200m jog
500m row
200m run
*Take the first 200m, find a sustainable pace for the 500m row and push your pace for the final 200m run.
Mobility
