*Monday – Thursday this week we will be adding back our 7:30pm class led by Coach Adam! We want to gauge interest and possible bring it permanently back to the schedule.

Strength:
5 superset rounds on a 3 minute clock:
5 back squat 70-80% of your 1RM from 8-18-20
5 strict chinup (if these are easy for you, mix in some L-pullups)

WOD:

30 dumbbell push press (15 right THEN 15 left)
