High kick toe touch
Stiff legged bear crawl
10 updog windmill
30 second supinated grip hang
30 second semi hanging lat stretch R/L
3 minutes for your own mobility.
2 Movement Mashup (7 Rounds for time)
7 rounds, each for time, rest 2 minutes between rounds:
500m row/ski or equivalent (1k bike, 400m run)
250m row ski or equivalent (500m bike, 200m run)
Turkish Get Up (5×3 R/L)
Spend the final 5-10 minutes of class learning a Turkish get up and do the 5×3 R/L from the April Kettlebell Challenge if you have time.
