5 yoga inchworm

10 spiderman windmill

10 pvc passthrough

10 Samson’s stretch

10 pvc passthrough in a squat

1 minute banded lat stretch (EA)


Rope Climb (5 superset rounds in 15 minutes)

2 rope climbs (work legless, with legs, on technique drills or do lower raises as needed)

7 back extension

3 front squat

3 push jerk
