Intervals

7 rounds, each for reps, on a 5 minute clock:
1 minute pulling calories on an erg of your choosing
1 round of “Cindy”:
5 pullup
10 pushup
15 squat
10 kettlebell deadlift into farmers carry 70/53# set
*Work to 3 minutes each round and rest for 2 minutes. Each pillar carried is 1 rep. Scored as Calories + # of pillars carried = round total.
