1 minute erg
High knees down and butt kicks back
10 Samson’s stretch / lunge and twist
30 seconds of slap hugs
Spend 5 minutes working personal mobility.
Set up box and kettlebell and figure out how you intend to carry the weight.
Metcon
Erg with Extra Steps (7 Rounds for reps)
7 rounds for reps, rest 1 minute between rounds:
1 minute Erg for calories
2 minute box step up carrying weight (set height and weight for more than 15 steps per minute)
