10 dumbbell chest fly (light)
Metcon
Metcon (10 Rounds for reps)
10 minute OTM:
5 front squat 135/95#
10 bar facing burpee
Complete each round before the next minute begins, if you aren’t able, then trim reps it stay on the minute.
