3 rounds for time:

50 double under

20 alternating dumbbell snatch 50/35#

15 GHD situp


Metcon (Weight)

5 superset rounds on a 4 minute clock:

5 handstand pushup (Deficit if possible, make sure it’ll be repeatable)

30 second forward sled drag

30 second backward sled drag
*Use darn heavy weight on the sled, you should attempt to keep a steady rate of progress at a walking pace while moving forward. Keep transition between forward and backward as short as possible.
