I have always been into sports. I ran, played soccer and baseball growing up and when I found lacrosse my freshman year of high school, I realized a 135# runner was going to face some disadvantages because of their lack of strength and size. So, I started CrossFit hoping to build strength and gain some muscle to be better equipped on the playing field. It did that and so much more! Today I still routinely learn new skills and try new sports. I’m on a life long mission to challenge my body and mind and find out what I’m really capable of!
I coach others because I want to help them find that passion to push for change. We all have it in us to do great things and I love seeing the sense of accomplishment on peoples faces when they do something for the first time and realize they are capable of so much more!
