20 alternating overhead lunges (Jump to switch if possible) #45/35
20 dumbbell snatch #50/35

* While partner 1 is completing a round inside the gym, partner 2 runs 200m. When 200m is completed, the partners must switch places with partner 2 picking up the round where partner 1 stopped.
