100‘ overhead walking lunge 45/35# sandbag or plate
*The sandbag or plate must be held overhead at all times! It can be passed between the team members but must remain overhead.
Rest 5 minutes
10 minute AMRAP:
50 wallball shot 20/14# to 10/9’
200m run (as a team)
*For the wallballs to be completed, one team member must hang from a pullup bar.
