A: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
15 minute AMRAP:
20 box hop 24/20″ (split as desired)
15 pullup (split as desired)
20 single arm dumbbell hang power clean and jerk 70/50# (5 R/L for each partner)
5 Turkish getup (split as desired)
*Use same load for single arm dumbbell hang power clean and jerks and Turkish get ups if possible.
Rest 5 minutes before part B
B: Metcon (Distance)
7 minute AMRAP:
One partner must run 200m while the other completes 5 burpee box jump over and then rests till they return to hand off the running duties and assume the burpee box jump over duties.
*Rx 24/20″ box. Burpee box jump over will require that you jump clean over your box without contact, scale accordingly.
Rest 5 minutes before part C
C: Metcon (Time)
