150 strict press (dumbbell set, sandbag or otherwise)
250 loaded squat
800m sandbag + dumbbell set carry
*You may partition the in gym portion as desired. Partners must run together, one carrying a sandbag and the other a dumbbell set.
**Rx+ if you wear a weight vest.
