Darren has been dealing with some issues with his shoulder. “Isabel” on Wednesday wasn’t really an option. Instead, we decided to have him do 30 lifts to the shoulder (his good one) with a Rogue Strongman Sandbag. It was an adequate substitute. He got a little fitter, and look at the technique!
Partner WOD:
3 rounds for time:
30 second handstand hold (both partners)
30 dumbbell power clean (bar in front rack)
30 barbell shoulder to overhead (dumbbells in front rack)
30 synchronized front squat (1 athlete with dumbbells / 1 athlete with barbell)
