Partner WOD:
6 rounds for time:
10 strict pullup
20 overhead squat (do sets of 10)
400 meter run (200m relay)
100 double under *May be split unevenly, but try to keep it near even.
*Partners will each complete half of the set volume, splitting it evenly in relay fashion.
