Running Tabatas:
On a Tabata timer complete for time:
50 pushup
800m run
50 overhead lunge
800m run
50 toes to bar/GHD setup/ V-up
800m run
*The running is done without the Tabata timer. When you re-enter the gym for you next set of 50 you will hop back onto the timer cycle.
