100 wall ball shot 20/14 to 10/9′
100 dumbbell snatch 50/35#
100 box hop 24/20″
50 2-fer-1 wallball shot 20/14#
50 Devil’s press 50/35# dumbbell set
50 box jump over 24×18/20×20″
*At any point during the workout, each team must complete 50m overhead walking lunge with their medball and a single dumbbell and 50m bear crawl. You may both work at the same time on the lunges and crawls.
