Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
3 parts. The first 2 are for total time, the final is for reps:
10 minute front rack hold (use the weight of your heaviest successful 10×5 power clean and jerk OTM, or roughly 60% of your clean and jerk 1RM)
*One partner holds their bar while the other holds an active squat, you may switch as desired. Together, you must accumulate 10 minutes in the front rack.
10x200m sprint relay
*Each partner will run a total of 5 times. Handoff at the line.
Rest 3 minutes after completing Part 2.
