10 minute AMRAP:
21 wallball shot 20/14# to 10/9’
9 toes through rings
-Rest 3 minutes
6 minute AMRAP:
20 jumping lunge
*For the entire workout, one athlete will run 200m while their partner works through the reps, when they return, the athletes switch places and the work in the gym resumes where it was stopped while the second athletes completes 200m.
**Wear a weight vest or rucksack if you are capable to keep moving continuously with the extra burden.
