Partner A Begins:
Partner B Begins:
5 Power Clean (95/65# or 40% of 1RM Power Clean)
5 Push Press
5 Back Squat
*Partner A works through one segment of Annie i.e. 50 DU and 50 Situp while partner B begins the AMRAP. Partners will switch when the 50 segment is complete. Partner A will begin the AMRAP while Partner B completes 40 DU and 40 Situp and so on. Each partner will pick up where they left off on the AMRAP. Your score is your total rounds and reps completed during both AMRAPs.
**Rest 5 minutes and complete a second time switching the start.
***Partners must set up 2 separate bars even if they are lifting the same weight.
