Saturdays are for sidewalk takeovers!
WOD:
In teams of 3:
10 minute AMRAP
100m sled drag (relay)
Rest 5 minutes
Then, 10 minute AMRAP:
100m farmers carry 50/35# dumbbells (relay)
Rest 5 minutes
Then, 5 minute AMRAP:
SYNCHRONIZED!
Sandbag back squat 60/40#
Front squat 45/35#
Air squat
*All 3 athletes must synchronize in the bottom of each squat. You may change implements as desired.
**Optional: wear weight vest.
