Partner MetCon:
Each partner will perform 10 rounds at each station:
Station 1:
250m row or ski
Station 2:
5 burpee
10 box over
*Station 2 should be finished in less than 45 seconds, scale reps accordingly. The workout tempo is defined by station 1, once the row or ski is done partners will switch places and begin their next round at the next station.
