*Work in teams of 3. FOR ANY WORK TO BE COMPLETED, ONE ATHLETE MUST HOLD A PLANK AND ONE ATHLETE MUST HOLD THE MED BALL (DURING THE DUMBBELL SNATCHES) OR THE DUMBBELL (DURING THE WALL BALL SHOTS). IF THE OBJECT IS DROPPED OR THE PLANK IS NOT BEING HELD, THEN THE WORKING ATHLETE MUST STOP. ATHLETES MAY CHANGE ASSIGNMENTS AS DESIRED.
