The 31Heroes WOD:
This workout was specifically designed to remember the fallen heroes of August 6, 2011 and honor their legacy of sacrifice. These fearless men and a military K-9 were on a support mission to aid fellow soldiers in contact with the enemy in the Tangi Valley of Afghanistan when their Chinook CH-47 transport helicopter was hit with an RPG and crashed killing all on board.
