For the love of burpee box overs, get into the gym… to do other things that aren’t burpee box overs!

Partner WOD: *35 minute cap
10 rounds for time:
Station 1:
150m overhead plate cary 45/35#

Station 2:
8 alternating goblet lunge
12 kettlebell sumo deadlift high pull
16 abmat situp

*Each partner will complete 10 rounds of each station. You will alternate with your partner after the completion of each round. You may not move into your next round at the opposite station until your partner has completed their work. If you are moving significantly faster than your partner, then consider using heavier load to slow you down and even out the round timing, and if you are moving much slower, lighten your load.
