50 double dumbbell power clean

50 double dumbbell shoulder to overhead

70/50 calorie erg

70 air squat

90 double under (each and simultaneously)
Each AMRAP starts with the dumbbell snatches. One athlete works at a time until you reach the jump rope and both work simultaneously.
