Weightlifting
Snatch Complex (10 minutes OTM)
Perform as an unbroken complex.
10 minutes OTM:
2 power snatch
3 overhead squat
*Work up in weight and max out your complex on the final minute.

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)
5 rounds each for time, rest 3 minutes between rounds:
15 thruster 95/65#
15 bar facing burpee
15 toes to bar
*All rounds should be under 3 minutes, scale burpees first and toes to bar second to stay sub 3.
