15 air squat

10 alternating situp and reach

5 k-squat

10 pvc passthrough

5 I-T-Y raise

10 squat and reach

2 minute olympic wall squat or other squat focused mobility.

Weightlifting

Back Squat (10×2)

10 superset rounds on a 2 minute clock:

2 back squat 100% + of your heaviest from 3-23

2-5 strict chinup
