5 chinup or supinated grip ring row
10 pushup
15 air squat
10 alternating situp and reach
5 k-squat
10 pvc passthrough
5 I-T-Y raise
10 squat and reach
2 minute olympic wall squat or other squat focused mobility.
Weightlifting
Back Squat (10×2)
10 superset rounds on a 2 minute clock:
2 back squat 100% + of your heaviest from 3-23
2-5 strict chinup
Metcon

For time on a minute and :30 timer:
50 burpee box jump over 24/20″
30 overhead squat 115/80#
10 muscle up (20 pullup or ring row scaled)
