Canadian Army Master Corporal Erin Doyle, 32, was killed in a firefight August 11th, 2008 in the Panjwaii District, Kandahar Province, Afghanistan. He is survived by his wife Nicole and his daughter Zarine.

Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

3 rounds, 30 sec per movement:

Alternating lunge (reps round 1, twist round 2, Samson’s stretch round 3)

Situp and reach (quick reps round 1, 3 second stretch round 2 and 3)

PVC passthrough

Crossover bands (Snow angels, 90/90 raises, I raises)

10 scap pullup

10 snap to hollow

10 superman

2 minute 3-way wrist and forearm stretch
