Warm-up

10 jumping spiderman
10 crossover/open
15 pvc passthrough
3 wall climb and hold
10 I raise crossover bands
10 sumo foldover
1 minute pigeon R/L
2 minutes personal mobility
Weightlifting
6 superset rounds on a 3 minute clock:
Deadlift (2×5, 2×3, 2×5)
2×5 (60%+) 2×3 (75%+), 2×5 (Get heavy!)
Handstand Push-ups (6×5-10 reps)
Pick a level of strict handstand pushup work that you will be able to repeat for 6 rounds (7-8 RPE)
Metcon
Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)
3×3 minute AMRAP, 2 minute rests between:
10 bar facing burpee
3 power clean and jerk 155/105#
*Rx+ for heavier barbell.
