The gym will be closed today due the the downtown Cleveland curfew that is in effect. But, here is a training session that you should be able to enjoy without leaving your home!
Warmup:
2 rounds of 30 seconds at each station:
Jumping jack
PVC/broomstick passthrough
Mountain climber
PVC/broomstick good morning
WOD:
15 minute AMRAP:
10 burpee
20 plate ground to overhead/snatches
10 lunge lunge squat (goblet style) -Rest 5 minutes then:
10 minute AMRAP:20 burpee
40 plate ground to overhead/snatches
20 lunge lunge squat (goblet style)
